Will the colours look the same in real life as they do on my screen?

We do our best to photograph our yarns so the colours are as accurate as possible. That said, colours can vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

For the most accurate reference, our colour cards (available for purchase) are a great tool to have on hand when planning projects and ordering yarn, as they show the colours exactly as they appear in real life.

Why do you stock only natural fibres?

We choose natural fibres — like cotton, linen, and wool — for their longevity and their gentle footprint. When cared for well, they last for years, and unlike synthetics, they are breathable, hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and naturally resilient.
What is the return policy?

We work hard to make every purchase a happy one. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund on items returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Colours may appear slightly different on individual screens, and natural variation can occur between dye lots. For this reason, we’re unable to offer cancellations, store credit, or refunds based on dye lot variation or colour differences. We recommend using our colour cards for the most accurate reference when choosing colours, and ordering sufficient yarn for your project in one purchase to help ensure consistency.

When will I get my order?

We love getting parcels too! We work quickly to ship your order within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally.

We label our products with their country of origin and often provide additional information about manufacturing processes.

We carefully select our manufacturing partners and we're proud to contribute to our local and international textile industries by working with New Zealand farmers, mills and dye houses to provide you with beautiful yarns.

We focus on palettes of natural fibres like cotton, linen, wool, and silk.
How much does shipping cost?

We provide flat rate shipping within New Zealand for purchases under $149 and FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $149.

We also have flat rate shipping to Australia for purchases under $199 and FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $199.
